BIOGRAPHY

At the age of 3, Vickie Aurore decided she wanted to become an illustrator when she grew up! After this moment of inspiration, she draws constantly, then begins to paint at the age of 12. From the age of 16, she trains in Plastic Arts, then chooses to pursue Applied Arts at 18. She specializes in comics and children's illustration, dabbling in 2D and 3D computer graphics and a variety of other arts such as sculpture, photography, and writing. However, painting remains one of her greatest passions.

Vickie Aurore creates most of her paintings in acrylics or oils, but she is also interested in certain blends of mediums and textures. Movement, dance, and nature enrich her art, and music inspired by Holy Spirit is often its springboard. It is from this beautiful medley that Vickie Aurore creates her symbolist and surrealist art pieces, which form the vast majority of her art work.

She participates in several exhibitions and sells her works in France and abroad. Facilitating creative workshops and teaching drawing and painting to people of all ages and skill levels, Vickie Aurore shares her passion for several years, encouraging people to embrace their identity as creators.
